I had a great first experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist was very professional, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. The visit was smooth, painless, and much better than I expected. I’m glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very good staff and dentist. My first appointment went well. I just finished my second appointment getting my teeth clean. My hygienist was excellent. This is a busy office but they stay organized and get things sorted out. Kudos to the operational standards and customer service.

As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted and acknowledged so kindly from the front office staff. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room, before I was called back for my appointment. The young lady who took me back, I can't remember her name, was so kind, sweet and personable. She took her time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. My dentist, Dr. Lui, was very thorough, kind and acknowledged my concerns and answered all of my questions. Then I was passed off to the best and most professional hygentist, Lori. She was very kind, thorough, and really focused on All areas of my mouth. She really took her time and gave me the best cleaning that I've had in a very long time. My mouth and teeth felt super clean and smooth. I truly enjoyed my first visit here. And will be returning back in 6 months for another exceptional experience.

I've been a patient for last three years and I'm so appreciative of the staff who have helped me restore my dental health and allowed me to conquer my fear of dental visits without shame or guilt. The booking team are stellar; they're naturally pleasant and positive. Dr Wei is very kind, sensitive to his patient's needs, and is fantastic at what he does. Hygienist Sheila is a literal angel who is so sweet and gentle that I've been able to go in regularly and keep up on my cleanings. I have had dental trauma and experience overstimulation very easily and I feel at ease here with the fabulous folks at Riccobene.

The entire staff are patient, polite and great to work with. I can not say enough good things about the Dental Hygienist, Sheila. She is very gentle in her work, soft-spoken and willing to answer any questions I had. Dr Liu is always pleasant and takes the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates for any dental care needs.
